Welcome back to another Technique Tuesday post and YouTube video! This month we’re focusing on Shimmer and Shine, and I’ve recorded a video that runs through how to use the new Wink of Stella Glitter Brush pens from Stampin’ Up! and how you can make a really pretty card using them and some ink.

The image above doesn’t really do it justice, as the Wink of Stella shimmer is hard to capture, although Shaun has managed it well on the close up below and it looks great on the video.
