Spooky Halloween House from Stampin’ Up!

Like what you see?

It’s nearly Halloween! We’ve had the Strictly Halloween special and tomorrow will be a night for Trick or Treating. We don’t do Halloween in our house, never have and without kids probably never will – but I do think the Sweet Home bundle makes for a particularly spooky Halloween House! This was a design made by one of my team (Sue Hookins of SU Paperworx), she let us loose to play with her framelits and stamps. It was so cute, I had to have one! Since it’s Halloween, Shaun broke out the ghost mushrooms too!

Spooky Halloween House

Spooky Halloween House lThey are so cute. Tiny but actually not too hard to put together and just the right size for some sweeties or a little gift. You could make an entire street of houses, rows of beach huts or just a Welcome to your new House gift for someone.

Check out the video from Stampin’ Up! on how to assemble them and what comes in the bundle. It’s fab value!

The Halloween house we made had Window Sheets inside, so the door opens but nothing can fall out. If you don’t stick down one of the roof sides, then you can also have a top opening house, so the treats can be had without having to break into your Spooky Halloween House! So very clever!

Spooky Halloween House Open TopYou don’t need very many supplies. I know it’s too late for this year’s Halloween but there are so many other houses – why not make a Christmas one instead?!? Or this one for all occasions!
