Just to show I don’t always do simple, today we have a Serene Garden Thank You card idea. Much more time consuming than my normal cards, it’s still at heart simply stylish. This card was inspired by the Tufted embossing folder card on page 122 of the catalogue. I switched out Beautiful Bouquet with Serene Garden and Thankful Thoughts.

Serene Garden Thank You Card

I was drawn to Serene Garden because of the MacIntosh style of design. The patterns of the leaves and flowers are beautiful. So I decided to use Stampin’ Blends to colour the flowers and butterfly, ensuring an opaque, soft, glass effect. Don’t you think it’s delicate and pretty? It might take a bit of time to colour in and die cut out, but it’s certainly worth it I think!
