Whoo-hoo, time to join this amazing group of international demonstrators again for some Brightly Gleaming Pretty Cards in this month’s hop. That’s because, this month’s theme features Brightly Gleaming, our MOST popular pack of paper this Christmas. It is not only beautiful to look at, but it’s also been designed specifically to coordinate with all kinds of gorgeous things in the Brightly Gleaming product suite. It’s so popular in fact you can’t order it right now, but you can enter your email and Stampin’ Up! will let you know when it’s back in stock. For those of you who have already managed to grab yourself a pack, sit back and wait for a gorgeous array of projects!!
Brightly Gleaming Pretty Cards
I wanted to do something that I don’t normally do, so I decided to go for a square card! Normally I’m a firm A6 girl, but sometimes I do like to ring the changes, and why not for Christmas! This card features strips of the beautiful bauble designed paper. It really shows off the copper foiling nicely. I added a Stitched Star die in Very Vanilla, some ribbon and a few of the Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements. Just so you know, they match the Stitched Stars perfectly!
Next up, I went back to my A6 comfort zone but mixed it up a little with the Free Skate stamp set which has the perfect size of holly leaves and berries to coordinate with the Foiled foliage. I should have checked the dies that come with Free Skate as a bundle, but just started fussy cutting the holly without thinking! Silly me, I could have saved myself a little time as yes, there is a die for the holly! The colours in this paper pack are luxurious, rich and deep. They automatically make your projects look special, which is why I think they’ve flown out the door so fast. Special is what Christmas is all about after all.
Please hop around and see the other wonderful designers from all around the world. The one thing we have in common? We all love pretty cards and paper! So, these monthly blog hops will specialise in featuring these products for you.

Hi Pip,
love both cards, can’t decide which one’s my favorite.
Beautiful cards!
I love the square card very much!! but difficult to send.. is more of a give it personally card..
Hi Fanny it is actually flat, it just needs a square 6×6 envelope. Which is ok here in the UK but maybe not in Europe!!
