The other week I shared my Autumn Sampler and cards over on my Facebook Live. Today I’m sharing this video and some photos with you. It’s so easy to adapt a piece of home decor with card bases and come up with some pretty cards. You can of course also make the sampler, I show you close-ups of the squares. I love making a sampler insert to change out each season so you always have something pretty to look at in your home.
Autumn Sampler and Cards
I think this one is my favourite out of the 2 cards, although I LOVE the deeper sycamore leave papered paper as I show you in the video.
Watch the video and see how easy it is to create something beautiful for your home but also to give as cards for friends.
The colours just pop with the touches of gold. Use the Subtles embossing folder to give you more texture, and don’t think those embellishments are just for home decor pieces. They look great on cards, but remember they do add bulk, so you might not want to post them!! This card, on the other hand, is easy to post and still very tactile with that double ribbon layering.
