Pretty Cards and Paper International Blog Hop TeamWhoo-hoo, time to join this amazing group of international demonstrators for this month’s hop. This month’s theme features Let It Snow, and I cannot wait to see the Let It Snow fun we’ll be sharing today! I’ve got three cards to share, so let’s crack on!

Pretty Cards and Paper – Let It Snow Fun

The snowmen and women in this paper are just waiting to be cut out, so once again I grabbed my Paper Snips and went for it. This time I decoupaged just the people to give them round fat tummies. A mum & dad I feel!

For the parents, I went with the swapping of background colours but keeping the layouts the same. Look how different you can make something look, just by changing up the colour focus.

I really love this thick Real Red ribbon from the Toile Christmas suite, it coordinates so well with Let It Snow and adds a really striking element to the card behind dad in this design. I think he’s looking very pleased with himself, all wrapped up for Christmas!

Then I decided we also needed a junior snowman so meet, Bob. Bob likes throwing his hat into the air with all his friends at the end of class! Silly Bob probably comes down with a cold most winters, but at least he’s having fun! The snowman buttons of coal from the Embellishment kit work great to add a touch of detail to your sentiment strip.
