In this month’s Maui Trip Achievers Blog Hop I’m featuring Grace’s Garden. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! ® demonstrators who have earned the Maui Incentive Trip, one of only than 400 worldwide to have done so. Grace’s Garden
For this card, I used a mixture of Watercolour and Stampin’ Blends in two layers of images and techniques. First I stamped the large flowers in Stazon on Fluid 100 Watercolor paper. Then I used the Watercolor pencils and my Aqua Painter to colour the flowers.
In the front, I added the smaller flower groups stamped on Whisper White cardstock in Memento Ink. Add the colour with Stampin’ Blends to give your card a two-tone effect!
After a great class I have been persuaded to do a technique course on the types of colouring and how the different inks work together. Watch out for it in coming weeks!
