I’ve not done one of these Gatefold Side Tied cards before, so I love how it has turned out. You will see two variations in the NEW VIDEO TUTORIAL below! I’m really sad to see this paper go, but I KNOW you will be able to either grab some Peaceful Poppies paper before it leaves or use some of the new papers when they launch.
This image shows how your card will look when your friend takes it out of the envelope.
Then when they untie the ribbon, they’ll start to see how it opens up! I love a card with a surprise! It will still stand on their mantlepiece or desk!

I must say the Stitched So Sweetly dies are fast becoming my favourite layering dies to use. Just look how great they set off the sentiment and poppies in this project.
Which colour do you prefer? COMMENT HERE and let me know! I love finding out more about you and what you all like. Sometimes I like the red and sometimes the purple (but to be honest, it’s mostly the purple!) I doubt that was a surprise to you all!
Want to make this at home? Need everything? Just click the link at the bottom of this list that says “Add all to cart” and yes, you guessed it, you’ll add them all to your basket in my online store. But if you only need a few, just click the one you want and it will take you to that page in my store.
Don’t forget you need to add this month’s Host Code to not miss out on some delish surprises (just don’t add it if your order is over £150, you keep your own Rewards and you’ll still get a nice surprise!).
