Today I’m sharing how you can make a Dashing Dear Bauble Card with just a few products and some of your craft stash. First you’ll need some card for the base, I am using just plain Thick Whisper White. Next, add a layer of red (Real Red) and then for the top layer you want some papers that look like a Christmas tree. The All Is Bright Designer Series Paper is perfect for this.

Making The Dashing Deer Bauble Card

The bauble is easy, just cut a white circle and stamp the 2 deer from the Stampin’ Up! Dashing Deer stamp set in Crumb Cake (or any light brown ink). Add a scalloped circle behind and gently curve the circles so they are raised in the middle and flat on either side. Stick it to your card using Stampin’ Dimensionals (foam pads) down the centre of the bauble at the back. Then use Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (smaller & thinner foam pads) one on either side, this ensures your bauble holds that curve on the card front.

Tie a bow in a bright red ribbon, and glue above the bauble with a glue dot. If you want perfect coordination use the Real Red Mixed Satin ribbon by Stampin’ Up! as it matches the ink and card perfectly.

Finally stamp the sentiment in red again, and I used the Lakeside framelit dies to cut it out. Finish with some bright red Rhnestones!
