Welcome to our Global Stampin’ Creative blog hop! Our theme this month is Monochrome! I took this literally and went for the classic Black & White, mainly because I love the crisp look. This group of creative Stampin’ Up! demonstrators come from all around the world to showcase some creativity and the wonderful products we all love. Monochrome Two Ways

I created my Beautiful Moments card back in January! I knew this theme was coming and I couldn’t resist. My Happy Birthday To You card was created earlier this month because I wanted to see what it would look like just in Black and White. It’s stark but still beautiful, I think.

I suggest you pick a stamp and just try making a card with just one colour or tones of that colour. If I had chosen colour, I would, for example, have used Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Blackberry Bliss as they are all shades of Purple! Which of course is my favourite colour, but you knew that already! Hence why I tried something different.

This is my favourite. I love the crisp lines, the silver is just a shade of grey and adds a slight shine to the card.
