Whatever The Weather – Under My Umbrella

For this theme, I just got totally hooked on using Under My Umbrella. You can see how I would, right? It’s about the weather so it must be right, plus it has this great sentiment “no matter the weather we’re friends forever” which fits perfectly! I do think though, this theme could be used for so much. You could use it for a Get Well card idea for example, or a Bad Luck in your exams card!

This card uses the brayering technique after you heat emboss the rain drops in Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder. This ensures that the drops are clear and show up against your coloured sky. You can also do this using White Stampin’ Emboss too, but I love the resist look!

Switching It UP

However, I wanted to do another card that was a bit more cheery! I think these little umbrellas work perfectly for a celebration card. Use it for a Baby Shower or a Brides Hen Party! Or just a birthday card for someone who loves flowers!

Why don’t you check out what the other girls have for us today. You never know, they might have received their pre-order by now & have some sneak peeks too! Whatever the Weather, I think this group is fab and I love their creativity! Hop back to shop with me for the papers before they retire for good or get the 10% off the bundle before that goes away too!

Remember, if you don’t have a current demonstrator in the UK, I’d love to be yours. I can send you a new catalogue if you wish, just complete this FORM and I’ll be in touch.
