Royal Stampers Blog Hop Sneak Peek!

Today we are featuring our favourites from the upcoming 2020-2021 Annual Catlaogue from Stampin’ Up! Of course, that meant I had to choose – which was HARD!! Because they’re all beautiful and we got so much to play with during our demo pre-order!

Blossoms In Bloom for our Royal Stampers Blog Hop

This is the set I decided to focus on. In fact, it’s the subject of all my blogs and video tutorials this week starting tomorrow! Each week this month I’m focusing on Florals and all the amazing techniques we can use when we use them in our card making. Today, my technique is simple repeat stamping for the Blue card and edge focal point for the Purple card.

Night of Navy & Misty Moonlight

Ooh just look how gorgeous they look together! The mat for the top layer is Misty Moonlight one of the new In Colours for 2020-2022. There is also that little Enamel Dot I added to the centre of one of the flowers, that’s also Misty Moonlight.

Use Seaside Spray and Night of Navy ink or you could add in the Misty Moonlight ink if you prefer. I just liked the darker contrast.

Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape

Always a classic combination, this time I just used the large stamp from the set, but I only stamped along one edge of my Whisper White cardstock. This forms a designer edge to your card. A simple sentiment cut with the Classic Label punch then finishes it off.

I am known as the #simplystylish stamper, and I think today’s makes really show that off! Quick and easy crafting with some gorgeous new & current colours and this fabulous Blossoms in Bloom stampset.
