In this month’s Maui Trip Achievers Blog Hop I’m featuring the Well Written Dies because I wanted to say thanks to Kylie and the Maui Hop in general. Well Written Dies
Can you see some Kylie influence in this card? She loves to “love it, chop it” for our Designer Series Paper and I had a few left over pieces. Rather than throw them away, I immediately turned them into this snazzy card!
Adding the “thanks” from the Well Written dies seems a perfect touch to finish it off. This card embodies the thanks I have for this hop and for Kylie for creating it. I love sharing each month with my friends who have also earned the Maui Trip – I’m thankful I’ve earned the add on Maui Trip for next year – so I know I’ll be hopping with these amazing folks for another year yet!
You make this card by simply taking strips of Forever Greenery Designer Series patterned paper, and gluing them to a piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock. The bottom piece you’ll notice is card – it’s actually Pretty Peacock, but for some reason, it always comes out more blue than the greeny-blue it is on a photo! Run it through the Greenery Embossing folder before sticking it down. Then you just cut out a sentiment from the die set & pop it on top. The new Adhesive Sheets make attaching the words so easy! Stick it all to a Shaded Spruce card base to finish!
Pretty & pretty quick too, which is of course what I’m all about – simply stylish is the name of the game! I think this one fits the bill perfectly! What do you think? COMMENT HERE and let me know!
