Heartwarming Hugs Gift Idea

These boxes are the perfect size for gifting tags, teabags, coffee sachets or anything else – even a muffin or Christmas biscuits! I thought you’d like to see some alternatives, so here is a VIDEO TUTORIAL for you!

First, watch the video to see how the boxes and tags are assembled, then you can use the measurements below for your own creations! What would you put inside the boxes? Measurements

The box measurements are:

• Base – 21 x 21 scored all sides at 7 cm
• Lid – 11 x 11 scored all sides at just shy of 2 cm (see video)
• Top layers are Cardstock 6.5 x 6.5 cm and Designer Series Paper 6 x 6 cm. As a result, you get a nice 25 mm border around the papers.
• On the image above you can see a middle layer of Mossy Meadow cardstock which I removed from the video. This would need to be cut at 6.2 x 6.2 cm.

The measurements for the cup holder are:

• Two pieces 26 x 5.5 cm (they overlap)
• Designer Series Paper two pieces 26 x 4.5 cm
• Plus two coordinating pieces of Designer Series Paper cut 26 x 2.5 cm.

Alternatively, you can make them cover just the sides. Specifically, these measurements are:

• Long sides: two pieces 14.4 x 5.5 cm
• Short sides: two pieces 7 x 5.5 cm
• Designer Series Paper 2 pieces x 14.4 x 4.5 & 2 pieces 7 x 4.5
• Finally, add additional strips to each side 14.4 x 2.5 and 7 x 2.5 cm.

The little tags measure 15 x 6.5 cm, score at 7.5 cm. The top layers are 7 x 6 cm and 6 x 5 cm.
