Birthday Fun Card Ideas

This card is great for a new card maker to try. Paper, stamps, and ink are all I used along with a circle punch. The eggs hatching brings to mind your day of birth as it were and I wanted it to be a card that could be used for anyone’s birthday. I didn’t want it to be the normal type card though!

Step It Up With Dies

The next card steps up the design, just by adding in a few dies. It uses my favourite (but sadly retiring) set of Stitched Label dies, as well as the dies that match the stamps.

This card also puts the egg front & centre, and celebrates their arrival into the world! Of course, it could also be used for someone cracking on with a new job, or even a new arrival! Leaving a card with multiple possibilities for use means you have more variety in your card drawer. But I think they’re great ideas for fun birthday cards.

Hee hee – so fun! Your cards always make me happy :). I think the Chick sets overwhelm people, as there are so many dies but your cards shows they can be simple and still so lovely! Thanks for the inspiration!

These sets so make me smile! I love them and I love what you’ve done with them. I really like your pen work on the egg shells, so soft and a great pairing to the DSP in the background. Super fun cards Pip x
