Welcome to our Global Stampin’ Creative blog hop! Our theme this month is Summer Dreams! So I pulled out my fun Basic Borders dies to make a beautiful summer’s day card! I think it captures the idea of dreaming and thanks all in one!

Basic Borders Dies

These new dies are very versatile, there are lots of different edge designs including this fabulous cloud one. You can see how this one makes the set not just for edges, but for building scenes too. The others in the set can be used like this as well, but I think this is the most fun!

The card stock is Night of Navy and Balmy Blue for the sky, with some Sweet Symerty paper for the flowers in front! Add some words and a flower and you’re done. Really quick and easy, but so pretty. I think it will make someone very happy when they get this card! And that’s what it’s all about for me. Making a card is fun & relaxing for you, and then is a little spot of happiness in someone else’s day when you send it. I call that a double dip of happy!
